Jennifer McIntire is a Recruiting Manager at The Loch Group. She has over 20 years of generalist Human Resources experience, including 12 years recruiting professionals in the technology industry.  In 2020, Jennifer transitioned her skills to the law firm arena, becoming HR Director for a mid-sized law firm in Houston.  She provided guidance on human resources initiatives to meet organizational goals, streamlined communications, conducted employee coaching, managed the performance evaluation process, and strategized to accelerate firm growth. Jennifer helped to lead the law firm’s recruitment of lawyers and legal staff.  Notably, she was instrumental in navigating the firm through the challenges of a remote workforce as a result of the 2020 Covid-19 pandemic. The firm recognized her contributions by awarding Jennifer with Employee of The Year for 2020. In 2021, she served as Diversity Co-Chair on the Houston Chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA) and was honored to be named as Emerging Leader by the Houston ALA Leadership Team. Jennifer joined The LochGroup in 2022, assisting experienced attorneys to transition into often life-changing engagements and law firm positions.  She is dedicated to being a trusted recruiter to candidates and building strong relationships with law firms and corporate clients.
