Environmental Of Counsel

We are currently seeking an Environmental Attorney with a minimum of 8+ years of expertise to join the Austin office of a prominent Texas law firm. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in working with the TCEQ, PUC, and SOAH on regulatory compliance and permitting. Must have familiarity with handling contested permits, ideally involving water and wastewater rights. No book of business is necessary for this opportunity. Position will serve in a leadership capacity and be responsible for overseeing clients of the firm and managing junior attorneys and staff.
