The Dallas team of this native Texas firm is looking to add a stellar 3+ Litigation Attorney. The group represents builders, contractors, and manufacturers in a wide range of litigation involving commercial construction, products liability, general liability, and OSHA regulations. We are seeking someone with solid litigation knowledge and skills who can appear in court and take depositions with minimal oversight. Ideal candidate will have experience working with carriers.
