Cheryl A. Brown is a founder and principal of The Loch Group. She has extensive experience successfully placing partners, practice groups, and associates with top-tier law firms and boutique firms in various geographic markets across the country. In addition, she works on law firm mergers and acquisitions. She prides herself on the strong relationships she has developed over the years with law firms of all sizes. Cheryl takes a personal approach to helping candidates take the next step in advancing their legal career.

Prior to forming The Loch Group in 2022, Cheryl spent over 15 years as a legal recruiter with national search firms, placing attorneys with international, national, and local law firms. This experience has given her an in-depth understanding of the constantly changing legal industry. Cheryl is honored to be a Board Member of the National Association of Legal Search Consultants (“NALSC”).
