Ross Kirkbaumer is a Recruiting Manager at The Loch Group. He earned his J.D. from University of California College of the Law, San Francisco in 2019. After graduating from law school, Ross began his legal career as an Intellectual Property Litigation Associate with an Am Law 100 firm in Washington state before making the transition into legal recruiting in 2022. Joining The Loch Group in 2023, Ross focuses his attention on placing associate attorneys with boutique, midsize, and large international law firms. Having lived in every region in the US, he has extensive knowledge of the top legal markets. Ross draws from his professional experiences to coach and assist each attorney to take the next big step in their legal career. He uses a consultative approach to thoroughly understand a law firm’s hiring objectives, culture, and vision to enable him to make successful placements.
